Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build trust and long-term loyalty.

  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and online channels.

  • Support customers in making purchasing decisions by providing helpful, relevant details and recommendations.

  • Update customer records, call outcomes, and interest levels in the CRM system.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets, conversion goals, and engagement metrics.

  • Collaborate with the retail sales team to align telemarketing efforts with seasonal promotions and sales goals.

  • Identify customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary while maintaining professionalism.

  • Stay informed on product updates, new arrivals, and store changes to provide accurate information.

  • Collect customer feedback during calls to assist management in enhancing product offerings and service strategies.

  • Participate in team trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions to continually improve communication skills and telemarketing performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, retail sales, or related roles.

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, friendly, and persuasive phone presence.

  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-driven, even during challenging conversations.

  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to upsell, suggest alternatives, and guide customers toward purchasing decisions.

  • Familiarity with CRM or call management software is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Good listening skills and the ability to quickly understand customer needs.

  • Time management skills and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.

  • Attention to detail when documenting interactions and updating customer information.

  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new communication methods and sales techniques.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or seasonal shifts when retail demand is high.
