About the Role

The Customer Acquisition Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisition strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify target audiences, optimize acquisition costs, and ensure that every campaign contributes to long-term customer growth.

This role combines analytical expertise, creative problem-solving, and hands-on marketing execution. The ideal candidate has experience in digital acquisition campaigns, understands the customer journey deeply, and can turn insights into actionable growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities

🎯 Customer Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage customer acquisition strategies that align with business goals and target KPIs.

  • Identify and define key target audiences across B2B and B2C segments.

  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels — including paid search, social media, display, affiliate, referral, and influencer marketing.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to design compelling messaging and visuals that drive conversions.

📈 Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve results.

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-backed improvements.

  • Develop reports that provide clear insights into acquisition performance and ROI.

🧠 Data Analysis & Market Research

  • Research and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies.

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.) to evaluate customer journey data.

  • Segment customers by demographics, psychographics, and behavior to refine targeting and messaging.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).

  • Align acquisition strategies with broader marketing, branding, and growth initiatives.

  • Test emerging technologies, marketing platforms, and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing.

  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights clearly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C acquisition is highly desirable.
