Job Responsibilities
As our SMS Opt-In Specialist, you will take ownership of our subscriber acquisition flow and ensure high-quality enrollment experiences. Your responsibilities include:

Developing and optimizing SMS opt-in funnels across web, mobile, social, and offline channels.

Ensuring all opt-in processes comply with TCPA, CTIA, and relevant SMS marketing regulations.

Creating high-converting keyword, shortcode, and QR-based opt-in campaigns.

Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate opt-in opportunities within promotions and brand touchpoints.

Conducting A/B tests to strengthen conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

Monitoring performance metrics such as sign-up rate, cost per opt-in, and opt-in source quality.

Identifying new growth opportunities to increase subscriber volume and retention.

Documenting workflows, reporting insights, and recommending data-backed improvements.

Working with designers and copywriters to refine opt-in content, visuals, and CTAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
