About the Role
The Telemarketing Agent will play a central role in connecting with prospective customers by phone to introduce company products and services, answer questions, and encourage successful sales conversions. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, possess a confident speaking tone, and have the ability to persuade customers through clear explanation and a positive attitude. This role requires professionalism, patience, and persistence in achieving daily and monthly objectives.

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will receive training to understand our offerings thoroughly. You will also be guided on communication techniques, data handling procedures, and customer management systems. Your contributions in this position support both customer satisfaction and organizational growth, making it a critical role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information to support decision-making.

  • Maintain customer records and update the database with new information, feedback, or status changes.

  • Follow up with leads to build continuing interest and maintain long-term engagement.

  • Meet weekly and monthly call targets, conversion goals, and performance standards set by the department.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Handle customer concerns or objections professionally and work towards resolving issues where possible.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection guidelines, and ethical calling standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
While prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. We encourage applicants with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ideal candidates should have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.

  • Confidence, resilience, and strong persuasive abilities.

Educational Requirements
