  • Source verified contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or manual research.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of target industries, organizations, and key decision-makers.

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular validation and cross-checking.

🧩 Database Management & Optimization

  • Build, organize, and manage contact databases for outreach and lead generation campaigns.

  • Maintain clean and accurate datasets, removing duplicates and outdated information.

  • Segment contact lists based on firmographics, engagement levels, and campaign needs.

  • Collaborate with the data and CRM teams to integrate new contacts into sales pipelines efficiently.

💬 Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define ideal contact profiles for specific campaigns.

  • Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company’s contact base across relevant markets.

  • Support lead generation and outreach initiatives by providing targeted contact lists and insights.

  • Present regular performance updates and process improvement suggestions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
