Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating lead lists, CRM entries, and spreadsheets for improved organization and accessibility.

  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine target audience criteria and align sourcing with sales objectives.

  • Conducting competitor and market research to identify new potential lead pools and business opportunities.

  • Ensuring leads meet quality and compliance standards, including GDPR and anti-spam regulations.

  • Providing lead reports, summaries, and performance insights to internal teams.

  • Supporting lead generation campaigns by supplying accurate, segmented, and verified prospect data.


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are searching for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional. Ideal qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in lead sourcing, lead generation, prospect research, or data mining (1–3 years preferred).

  • High level of accuracy when collecting, validating, and organizing prospect information.

  • Excellent internet research skills and the ability to identify credible information sources.
