  • Conduct research to validate contact information and business relevance.

  • Reach out to leads via phone, email, or chat to gather key details and verify interest.

  • Score and categorize leads into qualified or unqualified segments for sales follow-up.

📞 Prospect Engagement

  • Initiate and manage professional communication with potential customers.

  • Ask insightful questions to uncover pain points, needs, and business goals.

  • Maintain a helpful and consultative tone while gathering required qualification details.

  • Pass fully qualified leads to the sales team with detailed background information.

📈 Data Management & Reporting

  • Update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) with accurate lead details, notes, and status updates.

  • Monitor the progress of qualified leads through the sales funnel.

  • Provide regular reports on lead volume, qualification rates, and conversion outcomes.

  • Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance lead quality and targeting.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
