Position Summary

As an Email Marketing Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your insights will directly influence strategy, content decisions, audience segmentation, and automation flows. Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe trends

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports for internal teams and leadership

  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization across lists, segments, and content types

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times

  • Collaborate with email marketers, designers, and copywriters to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Support audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stages

  • Evaluate deliverability performance and recommend best practices to maintain sender reputation

  • Monitor automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns to ensure performance benchmarks are met

  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Stay current with email analytics tools, performance benchmarks, and industry trends


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing analytics or performance-focused digital marketing roles

  • Strong understanding of email KPIs, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys

  • Hands-on experience with email platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or similar)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI or visualization tools is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets accurately

  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and performance experiments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to analysis

  • Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
