Telemarketing Data Research & Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Telemarketing Data Specialist to collect, verify, and organize contact information of businesses through online research and telephonic communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, lead generation, and telemarketing research.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone-based research to collect business contact details (name, phone number, email, address, etc.)

• Verify and update existing leads for accuracy

• Organize data neatly in Excel or Google Sheets

• Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy

• Meet daily or weekly data collection targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or data collection

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM or lead generation tools

• Background in B2B or call-based research
