📌 Position Overview

The Cold Calling Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting professional outbound calls to potential clients, verifying lead information, and presenting our services in a clear, compelling, and confident way. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and the capacity to handle objections professionally. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers, qualify their needs, create interest in our services, and encourage them to schedule appointments or complete purchases.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with our company and take ownership of our outreach pipeline.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 150–250 outbound cold calls daily to targeted leads provided by the company.

  • Initiate meaningful conversations to explain our services, identify customer pain points, and guide them toward the right solution.

  • Collect, verify, and update lead information including phone number, email, company details, and decision-maker contacts.

  • Convert cold leads into warm prospects through follow-up calls and strategic communication.

  • Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and lead status updates in our CRM systems.

  • Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets with consistency and professionalism.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, overcome objections, and maintain a positive brand image.

  • Collaborate with the sales & data team to streamline the quality of lead lists and outreach performance.

  • Provide feedback on call results to help optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.


📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales roles.

  • Excellent spoken English communication—clear, confident, and persuasive.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly understand customer needs.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive tone throughout calls.

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or data verification.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and call platforms.

  • Ability to meet targets consistently and deliver measurable results.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.


📌 Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience calling US, UK, Canada, or Australian markets.

  • Familiarity with lead databases, list building, email validation, etc.

  • Prior work with digital marketing or data-selling companies.
