About the Role

The Sales Funnel Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end sales funnels across multiple channels. You will analyze customer behavior, identify gaps in the funnel, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and drive business growth. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximum ROI.

This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of online marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms, and is driven by results and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Funnel Strategy & Design

  • Develop, implement, and maintain high-converting sales funnels across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and paid ads.

  • Map the customer journey from lead acquisition to purchase and beyond, ensuring every touchpoint maximizes engagement and conversions.

  • Identify weaknesses or bottlenecks in existing funnels and recommend solutions for improvement.

  • Create offers, lead magnets, landing pages, and email sequences tailored to specific audience segments.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor funnel performance through analytics tools, KPIs, and conversion metrics.

  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, ads, and offers to continually improve performance.

  • Analyze user behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance funnel efficiency.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Lead Management & Nurturing

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of funnel strategies with business goals.

  • Segment leads based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to deliver personalized experiences.

  • Develop automated workflows and nurture campaigns to guide leads through the funnel effectively.

  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team and track lead progression in the CRM.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns across channels.

  • Maintain accurate records of funnel metrics, campaign results, and lead activity in CRM and automation platforms.

  • Recommend new tools, software, and tactics to improve funnel performance and lead quality.

  • Present insights, reports, and recommendations to management to guide strategy decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales funnel creation, marketing automation, or conversion optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of funnel-building tools such as ClickFunnels, Kartra, Leadpages, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or CRM dashboards.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C online marketing and funnel campaigns is highly valued.
