About the Role

The Lead Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for generating, organizing, and qualifying leads to support the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Research

  • Identify potential leads using online databases, social media platforms, company directories, and other digital resources.

  • Conduct research to gather accurate information on prospects, including contact details, company background, and decision-makers.

  • Segment and categorize leads based on demographics, industry, company size, and other relevant criteria.

Lead Qualification & Validation

  • Ensure all leads meet defined qualification standards before passing them to the sales team.

  • Verify contact information, company details, and other essential data to maintain accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential prospects.

Database Management

  • Organize and maintain leads in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), ensuring up-to-date records.

  • Track lead activity, interactions, and progress to provide actionable insights to sales teams.

  • Monitor lead sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on quality, quantity, and trends.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand target personas and sourcing criteria.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Recommend new tools, resources, and tactics to enhance lead sourcing effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

  • Test new lead sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and results.

  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead sourcing, lead generation, or sales support roles.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C prospecting strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
