Key Job Responsibilities

As our SEO Specialist in the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies aligned with marketing goals.

  • Conducting in-depth keyword research to target high-value search opportunities.

  • Performing technical SEO audits and collaborating with developers to resolve site issues.

  • Optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, internal links, visuals, and content structure.

  • Enhancing content strategies with SEO-driven insights, including topic clusters and search trends.

  • Monitoring backlink profiles and identifying safe, ethical link-building opportunities.

  • Analyzing website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Tracking rankings, organic traffic, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.

  • Staying updated with algorithm changes, emerging SEO techniques, and SERP behavior patterns.

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams for integrated campaign success.

  • Preparing clear performance reports and presenting actionable recommendations.

  • Ensuring SEO best practices are applied across all marketing and brand initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring the following:

  • Proven experience in SEO, particularly within digital marketing environments.

  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and organic growth strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO software.

  • Knowledge of HTML, basic CSS, website structure, and how search engines crawl and index content.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and create actionable plans for improvement.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly.

  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and search intent analysis.
