Job Responsibilities

As our Business Lead Generation Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential B2C and B2B segments and verticals.

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture new business leads using data-driven strategies.

  • Maintain and enrich our lead database using reliable data sources and validation methods.

  • Design and execute outreach campaigns (email, social media, telemarketing) to engage prospects.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and targeting.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rate, cost per lead, and pipeline velocity.

  • Build predictive models and forecasts to anticipate lead flow and help shape future campaigns.

  • Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management about lead generation effectiveness and ROI.

  • Collaborate with CRM administrators to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation.

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to spot new lead-generation opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in lead generation, business development, or sales operations.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage and analyze lead data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for prospect outreach.

  • Experience building and working with lead generation campaigns and lead scoring models.

  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed lead targets.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup or scale-up environment.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy best practices is advantageous.
