Job Responsibilities

As our Email Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist, you will play an essential role in shaping how prospects and customers experience our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, developing, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead nurturing, engagement, and conversions.

  • Creating customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messaging.

  • Designing automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lifecycle sequences within CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Conducting A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, email layouts, and timing to continually improve campaign performance.

  • Monitoring key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline influence to optimize future strategies.

  • Collaborating closely with content, design, and sales teams to develop cohesive demand generation initiatives.

  • Managing lead scoring models and aligning lead qualification processes with sales requirements.

  • Researching and identifying new opportunities to expand reach, acquire leads, and scale demand channels.

  • Ensuring all email communication complies with global email regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.

  • Preparing performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable improvements.

  • Maintaining clean and organized subscriber lists while implementing list-growth strategies.

  • Staying current with email marketing trends, martech tools, audience behavior, and digital engagement best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking — a professional who values data but also understands the art of communication. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.
