Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel as a Business Development Executive, you should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to manage leads and sales activity.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
