Job Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

  • Conducting in-depth audience research to target relevant prospects and optimize ad performance.

  • Developing compelling ad copy, creative visuals, and landing pages that maximize conversions.

  • Managing campaign budgets, bids, and daily spend to achieve optimal ROI.

  • Performing A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in paid advertising or digital marketing roles (minimum 1–3 years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.

  • Experience with campaign tracking, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

  • Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
