  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, response times, and conversions to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all WhatsApp marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and platform guidelines.

  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer support teams to synchronize WhatsApp campaigns with other digital channels and overall marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in WhatsApp marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
