Position: SEO Optimizer

As an SEO Optimizer, you will be responsible for improving organic search performance across our digital platforms. You will analyze trends, optimize content, and implement technical improvements that enhance visibility, traffic quality, and conversions. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business objectives and user intent

• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking, and content structure

• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console

• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them

• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user value

• Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics; prepare clear performance reports

• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps

• Support content teams with SEO guidelines and optimization recommendations

• Improve site speed, mobile usability, and overall technical health

• Execute link-building and outreach strategies that follow white-hat practices

• Continuously test, refine, and improve SEO strategies for long-term growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Optimizer or similar SEO-focused role

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tracking platforms

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website architecture is a strong advantage

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies

• Understanding of content marketing and search intent optimization

• Familiarity with local, national, and international SEO best practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

• Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-oriented

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
