Key Job Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Conversion Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing high-performing conversion systems that elevate results across all digital channels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing data-driven conversion strategies to improve lead quality, user engagement, and overall ROI.

  • Conducting funnel audits and implementing optimization tactics based on behavioral data, heat maps, and user path analysis.

  • Managing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and experiments to enhance landing pages, CTAs, ad funnels, and email sequences.

  • Collaborating with content, design, SEM, SEO, and automation teams to ensure cohesive, conversion-focused campaigns.

  • Monitoring key performance metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, retention, and LTV.

  • Creating detailed performance reports and sharing insights with leadership to guide strategic decisions.

  • Developing personas, customer journey maps, and segmentation strategies that enhance the user experience.

  • Ensuring alignment between messaging, funnel structure, and targeted audience behavior for maximum impact.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, CRO tools, analytics platforms, and emerging conversion methodologies.

  • Identifying friction points in funnels and proposing innovative solutions to remove barriers and improve performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in digital conversion. Ideal applicants should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or digital marketing strategy.

  • Proven success in improving conversions across landing pages, ads, funnels, and email campaigns.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.

  • Strong understanding of user psychology, UX principles, and behavioral triggers.

  • Excellent skills in data interpretation and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and funnel-building software.

  • Solid communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional environments.

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
