To support our sustained growth and enhance our direct outreach initiatives, we are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and data-driven Email Campaign Manager to join our marketing team.

The Email Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that reach audiences at the right time, with the right message, and through the right segmentation. This position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, marketing automation expertise, performance analysis, content coordination, and customer journey optimization. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, able to interpret marketing data while crafting campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning
The Email Campaign Manager will work closely with the marketing leadership team to establish clear objectives for email communications. This includes designing campaign structures, customer segmentation plans, behavioral triggers, and multi-step automation workflows. The candidate will ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, growth goals, and audience insights.

  2. Email Content Management
The role involves collaborating with copywriters, designers, and product teams to develop compelling email content. This includes drafting campaign briefs, reviewing copy for effectiveness and tone, and ensuring consistency in branding across all email assets. The manager must ensure that content drives engagement, encourages click-through activity, and aligns with defined customer journey touchpoints.

  3. List and Database Management
The Email Campaign Manager will oversee audience segmentation, list hygiene, and subscriber growth strategies. This includes maintaining clean and compliant contact databases, managing unsubscribe processes, and implementing practices to enhance deliverability and reduce bounce rates. A strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is essential.

  4. Automation and Journey Optimization
This position requires developing automated workflows such as welcome campaigns, onboarding sequences, promotional drips, re-engagement messaging, and lifecycle communications. The manager must continuously refine these journeys based on performance data, ensuring that subscribers receive personalized and timely communications that drive relevant actions.

  5. A/B Testing and Performance Analytics
The Email Campaign Manager will track and analyze campaign data including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and engagement trends. This role includes performing A/B tests to determine optimal subject lines, messaging formats, layouts, and send times. The manager will prepare performance reports and utilize findings to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.

  6. Compliance and Best Practices
The candidate must ensure adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations. Familiarity with email deliverability considerations, such as sender reputation and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), is important for maintaining positive inbox placement outcomes.
