About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. CRO Strategy Development
The CRO Professional will design and execute a comprehensive optimization strategy that aligns with business goals. This includes analyzing existing user journeys, identifying friction points, and proposing tailored solutions that enhance conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
A core responsibility involves evaluating data from analytics platforms, heat-mapping tools, session recordings, and customer research. The candidate must be skilled at interpreting complex digital data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
3. A/B Testing & Experimentation
