Job Responsibilities

As our Automated Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating systems and workflows that turn strategy into consistent results. Your daily work will include:

  • Designing and managing automated lead generation funnels across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, landing pages, etc.)

  • Implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign to streamline lead capture and nurturing

  • Setting up and optimizing workflows, triggers, and campaigns that engage prospects throughout the customer journey

  • Integrating CRM platforms and analytics tools for seamless data tracking and performance monitoring

  • Conducting A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and targeting for higher conversion rates

  • Analyzing campaign performance and reporting actionable insights to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

  • Collaborating with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns

  • Continuously researching new automation tools, APIs, and best practices to keep our lead generation strategy innovative and effective

  • Ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR/CCPA, and maintaining up-to-date contact lists


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking someone who blends technical expertise with strategic thinking. To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in automated lead generation, growth marketing, or marketing automation roles

  • Hands-on proficiency with automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Lemlist, Pipedrive, Apollo.io, or similar platforms

  • Strong knowledge of CRM management, data segmentation, and lead scoring models

  • Familiarity with web scraping tools, APIs, and integration workflows

  • Working knowledge of paid advertising and email automation workflows

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for optimizing processes and experimenting with new strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
