About the Role

The Lead Enrichment Specialist is responsible for enhancing, validating, and maintaining the quality of lead data across multiple platforms. You will research additional contact details, verify company information, append missing data, and ensure leads are properly segmented and categorized.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced with CRM systems, data research, and online lead verification tools. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure every lead meets qualification standards and supports conversion-driven campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

📊 Lead Data Verification & Enrichment

  • Verify, update, and enrich existing lead data with accurate and complete information.

  • Research and append key contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, and company information.

  • Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking leads through reliable online databases, LinkedIn, and other data sources.

  • Identify and remove duplicate, invalid, or incomplete leads from the system.

🧩 Data Management & Optimization

  • Maintain clean and organized lead databases within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

  • Implement data enrichment processes to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to categorize leads based on demographics, firmographics, and behavioral data.

  • Support lead scoring and qualification models with accurate, up-to-date information.

💡 Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure enriched leads align with campaign goals.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality, data trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company data management policies.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of enrichment tools and recommend upgrades or process improvements.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all lead management tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lead Enrichment Specialist, Data Research Analyst, or similar role in sales/marketing operations.
