About the Role

The Lead Generation Strategist plays a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building customer pipelines, and designing effective strategies that drive consistent lead flow. Key Responsibilities

📈 Strategic Lead Generation Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with company goals and target audience profiles.

  • Identify new market segments, niches, and outreach opportunities to expand lead pipelines.

  • Design and manage campaigns across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and other digital channels.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation tactics with sales objectives.

💡 Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Create and manage campaigns focused on lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.

  • Use A/B testing to evaluate content, messaging, and channel effectiveness.

  • Analyze campaign data and continuously refine targeting, budgeting, and performance strategies.

  • Implement automation workflows to streamline lead capture and follow-up processes.

🔍 Lead Qualification & CRM Management

  • Define and maintain lead qualification criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.

  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure all leads are accurately tracked and categorized in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Monitor lead sources and conversion performance to identify the most effective acquisition channels.

  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure consistency in reporting and lead tracking.

🤝 Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop lead-generating assets (landing pages, forms, gated content, etc.).

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and effective nurturing.

  • Share regular performance insights, conversion analytics, and improvement recommendations with leadership.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, new marketing tools, and emerging lead generation tactics.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed as a Lead Generation Strategist, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing strategy.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising).

  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Marketo.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
