About the Role

The Phone Lead Acquisition Expert is responsible for managing the full cycle of phone-based lead generation and qualification. You will reach out to potential leads through outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and follow up with interested prospects to ensure they move efficiently through the sales pipeline.

Your role will bridge the gap between marketing and sales by ensuring every conversation counts — whether it’s building rapport, understanding client needs, or identifying high-potential opportunities. Key Responsibilities

☎️ Lead Acquisition & Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify leads generated from various marketing channels (ads, landing pages, email campaigns, referrals, etc.).

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers, providing relevant information and guiding them through the next steps.

  • Assess prospects using clear qualification criteria such as needs, budget, decision authority, and purchase timeline.

  • Maintain professionalism and persuasive communication throughout every interaction.

📊 Pipeline Management & Follow-Up

  • Record detailed notes of all calls, lead data, and outcomes in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Develop and maintain a consistent follow-up process for nurturing leads who are not yet ready to convert.

  • Re-engage warm or dormant leads through strategic outreach and personalized communication.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for qualified prospects.

🤝 Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

  • Partner with sales managers to ensure a seamless handoff between lead acquisition and sales conversion.

  • Ensure lead acquisition practices comply with company policies and data privacy standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications
