  • Record call details, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication.

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor product recommendations.

📈 Performance Tracking & Reporting
