Job Responsibilities

As our Professional Lead Extraction Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and extracting high-quality leads from multiple sources, including online directories, social media platforms, company websites, databases, and business directories.

  • Collecting and verifying accurate contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.

  • Segmenting leads based on industry, company size, role, location, or other relevant criteria.

  • Maintaining organized records of extracted leads in CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other data management platforms.

  • Ensuring the accuracy, relevancy, and compliance of extracted lead data with regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws.

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand target audience profiles and lead requirements.

  • Continuously identifying new sources, tools, and techniques for efficient and accurate lead extraction.

  • Reporting on progress, including the number of leads extracted, verified, and ready for campaigns.

  • Supporting lead generation campaigns by providing targeted, actionable, and verified data.

  • Maintaining data integrity by removing duplicates, outdated contacts, and invalid entries.


Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in lead extraction, lead generation, or data research (1–3 years preferred).

  • Strong research skills to identify and collect high-quality B2B leads.

  • Familiarity with lead extraction tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, or similar.

  • Experience with CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, or database management tools.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate, relevant, and compliant lead data.

  • Ability to segment and organize leads effectively for targeted campaigns.

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to track progress and optimize workflows.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
