About the Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify high-quality prospects that align with our business goals. You will work with a variety of industries including technology, e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, finance, marketing agencies, logistics, and SaaS companies. Your job is to find the right contacts — business owners, decision-makers, executives, managers, and potential customers — and compile them into structured, clean, and organized datasets.

We require someone who understands the importance of accuracy, segmentation, audience targeting, and up-to-date information. You must be comfortable working independently and delivering consistent, error-free results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep web research using business directories, LinkedIn, Google, websites, and industry-specific platforms.

  • Collect targeted B2B/B2C leads based on job titles, company size, industries, location, or client requirements.

  • Extract and verify email addresses, phone numbers, social profiles, company information, and decision-maker contacts.

  • Use tools for data mining (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, SignalHire, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator).

  • Validate each lead by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and zero-duplicates.

  • Build segmented lists for marketing campaigns, outbound sales, cold emailing, and CRM integration.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow ethical lead-generation standards.

  • Prepare final datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV format with complete formatting and labeling.

  • Deliver high-quality leads that meet conversion and targeting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Data Mining, Prospecting, Email/Phone Extraction, and Market Research.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean searches, and lead filtering.

  • Ability to collect leads based on niche-specific keywords, audience profiles, and targeted criteria.

  • Excellent understanding of B2B audience segmentation and decision-maker hierarchy.

  • Must be familiar with CRM data structure and Excel/Google Sheets formatting.

  • Experience in verifying emails and phone numbers using validation tools.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and deliver projects on time.
