What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities

As an SEO + Paid Ads Specialist, you will work at the intersection of search engine optimization and digital advertising. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting keyword research with a combined approach for both organic and paid campaigns.

  • Managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms for maximum ROI.

  • Monitoring search trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adjust campaigns effectively.

  • Optimizing website structure, content, and on-page elements for improved rankings and lower CPC.

  • Running A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and keyword groups to improve performance.

  • Implementing technical SEO best practices such as site speed optimization, schema markup, and crawling improvements.

  • Collaborating with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and ad creatives.

  • Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track KPIs, interpret data, and generate performance reports.

  • Managing remarketing campaigns to re-engage users and increase conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
