Telemarketing Data Research & Lead Generation Expert (B2B Contacts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketing Data Research Specialist to build and verify targeted contact lists through phone-based communication and online research. The goal is to collect accurate business information for our sales and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing, data collection, or lead generation, with the ability to confidently communicate over the phone and gather the required data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to collect or verify contact information (business owner, manager, or decision-maker).

• Gather accurate details such as Name, Title, Company, Phone Number, Email, and Address.

• Research missing information using online platforms (Google, LinkedIn, company websites, etc.).

• Enter and maintain data neatly in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Report daily or weekly progress to the project manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, data entry, or lead generation.

• Excellent spoken English and Bangla communication skills.

• Comfortable making phone calls and conducting professional conversations.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or email verification tools.

• Reliable internet connection and phone access for calls.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but Plus Point):

• Experience with B2B data enrichment or business research.

• Knowledge of Zoho, HubSpot, or Airtable CRM systems.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience working for clients in USA, UK, or Canada.
