Key Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices in CRM usage and ensure data accuracy for all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales management.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-performing telemarketing or sales team.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, call center software, and data analytics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company objectives into actionable telemarketing plans.
