Key Responsibilities

  • Forward qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.

  • Update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information.

  • Monitor metrics such as call outcomes, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide feedback to management on trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in refining scripts, outreach strategies, and lead targeting.

🌐 Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and messaging.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions.

  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends.

  • Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, engagement, and lead conversion.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel as a Telemarketing Specialist, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.

  • Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
